REFUND POLICY

Aurocle operates a subscription-based billing model.

Refund Conditions:

Refunds are not provided, including for:

Automatic renewals
Partial subscription periods
Account inactivity or non-usage
Failure to cancel before renewal
Trial conversions to paid subscriptions

Refunds are issued only when required by applicable consumer law, or in cases of confirmed billing error.

To cancel, users must do so from their account dashboard before the next billing period.
