• Subscription charges will renew automatically unless cancelled

• Subscription fees are non-refundable

Failure to maintain payment may result in suspended access.
 

6. Free Trial Terms

If a free trial is offered:

• Trial duration and access rights will be specified at activation

• Unless cancelled before expiry, the trial converts to a paid subscription automatically

• Only one trial per user, household, payment method, or IP address is permitted unless approved in writing

We may modify or terminate trial access at any time.
 

7. Refund Policy

Except where required by law, Aurocle does not offer refunds for:

• Subscription renewals

• Partial usage

• User error

• Failure to cancel before renewal

• Trials converting into paid subscriptions
   

8. Prohibited Use

Users agree not to:

• Share or resell account access

• Scrape, copy, extract, or publish platform data

• Use automated tools or bots to extract content

• Misrepresent the Service in public promotion

• Engage in unlawful market manipulation using platform outputs

Violation may lead to immediate termination and legal action.
 

9. Intellectual Property

All platform content, including:

• Software

• Forecasts and data models

• Branding and graphics

• Text, video, and digital assets

is the property of Aurocle Ltd and protected under UK and international intellectual property laws.

No reproduction, redistribution, or publication is permitted without written consent.
 

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Aurocle does not guarantee:

• Accuracy or reliability of forecasts

• Platform uptime

• Financial or investment outcomes
   

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by UK law, Aurocle Ltd, its employees, directors, and affiliates shall not be liable for:

• Financial losses

• Lost opportunities

• Business interruptions

• Data loss

• Indirect, consequential, or punitive damages

Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to one full subscription term value.
 

12. Service Modifications

Aurocle may modify or update features, pricing, or platform availability at any time. Continued use indicates acceptance of such changes.
 

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access if:

• These Terms are violated

• Fraud or abuse is suspected

• Payment fails repeatedly

• Legal or regulatory constraints require action

Users may cancel subscriptions via their account dashboard.

Termination does not exempt outstanding financial obligations.
 

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

Any legal disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of England and Wales.
 

15. Changes to Terms
